Marvel Champions Keyword and Status Tokens (Set 2)

This is an extended set of status tokens, building on the collection posted here . Use these tokens to help track the status and characteristics of your Marvel Champions heroes and villains!

These status tokens augment elements of the Marvel Champions core set:

• the “vulnerable,” “villainous,” and “patrol” and “guard” tokens help track these status effects when they appear on villains and minions. These are helpful for multiplayer games or for scenarios that use newer and/or more complex modular sets and villains. The high-contrast colours used in the designs are intended to help make them stand out! . These tokens are sized to 20mmx40mm to minimize the play area they cover, and are thick enough that they can be easily handled during play.

• The “card blank” or “HUNH?!” token is intended to be used to track effects that blank out the text boxes on cards. The token neatly covers the standard text box.

• The “remember” token is intended to keep you from forgetting about interrupt or activation effects that you might otherwise lose track of in complicated games.

• The exhaust tokens let you track per-phase or per-round effects so you don't have to turn cards sideways. The green and red halves are printed separately so that all the surfaces can be ironed cleanly / printed with no overhangs; glue them together with a dab of crazy glue.

There are two print profiles that you can use as a starting point:

• The profile labeled “model colors” uses Bambu Studio's painting feature to add color to the the tokens. To minimize waste, these are painted by layer.

•

The one labeled “slicer colors” uses a trick I learned from other token sets, where the color changes are applied to layers in the slicer. This also minimizes color changes (reducing waste!), and if you don't have an AMS, it will let you pause the print job to change spools.

As a result of this method you can see the colored layers on the edges of the token, but I think this is actually a neat look.
