The bins are designed to fit in the card trays. The ActionTokens bin goes on the bottom with another bin on top of it. The third bin goes on top of one card stack. I was able to fit one bin on top of all of the Villain cards (unsleeved) + 3 mission cards, and keep the hero cards and super-hero/super-villain/challenges in the other card slot.
