I didn't make any changes to the STLs at all. What I have done:

• Created Nice and Fast profiles for 0.4mm Nozzle

• Created Nice and Fast profiles for 0.6mm Nozzle

• I did use the “Taller” versions of the inserts only, as I thought it did make a difference.
• So there is a a lid lift.. about 1cm. Added photo of it.

Nice Profiles

These are standard profiles that doesn't care about time and grams but will look great.

Some quick data with Bambu Basic PLA. I personally used the fast print with 0.6mm nozzle.

Fast Profiles

These profiles are quicker and removes the bottom and top layer so might look less polished but I person want to save time and filament when it comes to inserts.
