Hanabi Card Holders and Clue Markers

Remixed the design of [Stibiac](https://www.thingiverse.com/Stibiac/about) in order to make some adjustments:
* Created a box that would keep both the [original box of the game](https://www.amazon.com/Games-Hanabi-Card-Game/dp/B00CYQ9Q76/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1541280558&sr=8-1&keywords=Hanabi+board+game) as well as all the printed parts
* Adjusted **CardHolder.stl** to have extra bits that would allow it to be stacked and stored easier. Previously it was falling apart easily
* Changed the number tiles to have numbers instead of holes and made them slightly wider to fill in the available space

Also, we've found that using toothpicks to flip the clues makes it easier, so we added them to our box as well.
