Cascadia Organizer Modification - Lid with Tile Sockets

A modified hex tile lid and hex tile holder based on the awesome work of Carson Miller (@CarsonMiller_636678).

The back side of the lid was modified to include sockets for four hex tiles and wildlife tokens to keep things organized during gameplay.

The hex tile holder was modified slightly to have longer slots to hold 20 hex tiles. The original version of the organizer had slots that only held 19 of my tiles. Perhaps there was a change in the game's production that used thicker tiles. I got my copy of Cascadia in December 2024 for reference.

The hex tile holder can be printed exactly like the original version ( instructions here ). The hex lid does require some careful tuning of your print settings. I chose to print my model with the Cascadia logo on the build plate, leading to significant areas of bridging. I got acceptable results without supports by slowing down bridging speeds dramatically in these areas. Printing the lid with the sockets on the build plates will lead to issues with unsupported parameters.
