TI4 Better Fleet box

This fleet box fits the same footprint as the player box found in [fallenwon's TI4 Insert](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2902772/). The layout is loosely based on the original as well.

This remix features a lid so the pieces can't fall out and a slot for every type of figure. The box has two layers. The lid holds everything in place. For one player one of each part needs to be printed.
