Quoridor Board for Kapla Walls

Bring the classic Quoridor strategy game to life with this modular, 3D-printable board designed for use with Kapla planks cut to 66 mm as walls.
The fully assembled board measures approximately 49 × 40 cm and is made of 8 modules - 4 unique pieces, each used twice to form a symmetrical layout.

🔹 Printing details

Center modules: 10 % infill for a lightweight but solid structure.

Edge modules: 10 % infill - supports required for overhangs.

Pawns: print at 0.1 mm layer height with 999 perimeters for maximum solidity and smooth finish.

🔹 Assembly

Cut Kapla planks to 66 mm to use as walls.

Arrange the 4 unique pieces, each used twice, to assemble the full board symmetrically.

Place the Kapla pieces as walls and play by standard Quoridor rules.

If you don’t have Kapla blocks, a Kapla-shaped substitute module is included for reference or as a temporary wall solution.

Easy to disassemble and store.
