significantly reduce size by having all the tokens use only 2 layers. The result feels very similar to plastic cards.
Does not absolutely require a multi-color printer. Simply split each model into parts in orcaslicer and select a different material for the appropriate part. The printer will pause and you can manually change the filament.
For the envelopes:
•
peel from the print bed
•
turn bed temperature up to 60-70
•
put flat envelopes back down, flipped, such that the groves are facing down
•
once the plastic is soft, fold up all four flaps
•
take the envelope off and let it cool in a flat surface
•
slide the side flaps into the two slots on the bottom flap
President and Chancellor coins are scaled to 70% and 81% respectively in x and y, and 80% and 100% in z direction.
Included a pdf that can be printed double-sided to create a booklet. Simply cut the paper into fourths, fold each fourth in half, arrange the 3 sheets in order, and staple or sew down the middle. See photos for what this looks like.
