Insert Organizer for RoboRally

This organizer is sized for the 3d edition (2005) (about 327mm wide and long).
QuickStart boxes for each player's starting equipment makes it easy to get started right away. They contain a robot, its archive marker, four life tokens (power cores), and a Power Down token.
Components for P rogram and Options decks are sized for sleeved or unsleeved cards. There is enough space in the organizer for my upgrades to life tokens (I call them now power cores), Damage tokens, and Power Down tokens.

I only printed 32 power cores myself, which go into the QuickStart boxes, but the manual calls for 40, so I added an extra component for power cores.
Fully assembled, there is a tiny lift to the box lid.
All components can be printed on standard sized beds. I printed QuickStart boxes with a 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layer height, 15% adaptive cubic infill, no supports. Everything else I printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle at 0.3 mm layer height but they can of course be printed with a 0.4 mm nozzle as well.
For the QuickStart boxes, there are two versions of the lid:
• For single color, use the STLs. They include lids with debossed robot names as well as a blank lid. You'll need to print 8 QuickStart boxes.
• For multi color, there are two 3MF files with suggested settings. I printed on a Prusa XL but adapting it to MMU3 or Bambu printers should be easy. You will have to rearrange the parts across more print beds.
When printing the QuickStart boxes in different colors, I noticed that the fit was a bit tighter for some filament colors. You can try to add a drop of SuperLube or other grease to the lid edges (which is what I did), or adjust the extrusion factor, or scale the model a tiny bit up.
A couple of robots are a bit too wide and need to be placed on their side in their little holes.
