Plan Your Print
Covers Twilight Imperium: Fourth Edition – Prophecy of Kings Expansions this print stores alongside the base game
Model Description

This is a file set that contains a storable dashboard and map lifter system that accommodates all player counts (1-8).

This design has considerations for Twilight Imperium 4th ed., Prophecy of Kings, Thunders Edge, and Twilight's Fall

It is designed to work in conjunction with my "Twilight Imperium 4 Base Box Organizer v2.3 (Base+Codex+POK+TE)" file set and includes all necessary cross compatible parts.

If you have purchased the v1.0 or the v2.0 of the organizer you can send an offer for 50% off if you are so inclined! Thank you for supporting me!

General Features:

1. Compatible with sleeved cards with a 0.55 mm sleeved thickness and sleeved X/Y dimension of 67.5x44.5 mm

2. There is an included dashboard link that stores all 8 dashboards together like a crate with storage rails that allow the larger map lifter parts to be stored on top. This would allow the hexagon grid to be stored flat like a Crokinole board.

Dashboard Features:

1. Modular panels for the command sheet and leader-mech sheets that can be mounted on either side of the dashboard frame.

2. The ability for the dashboard to perform a tilt at 0-15-30-45-degree angles to allow the user to adjust their dashboard to their setup without losing functionality.

3. Card rails at the top and bottom that allow 3-way slotting of cards to denote card states and preferred viewing angles for the immediate player and those across the board. (My personal use case has the untapped planets and activatable techs on the top rail with passives on the lower rail)

4. The dashboard is elevated to allow a technology rack and unit trays to be tucked away and pulled out as needed.

5. Hardpoint accessories that show strategy card and speaker status across the board while also allowing for two deck holders for action cards and promissory notes. (Our meta flips the text side of the strategy card towards the other players to denote its use)

6. The faction sheet panel has an allocation on the right hand to work with both Base and Twilight's Fall faction sheets.

7. All player associated tokens have slots from the trade goods, commodities, control tokens, command tokens, space stations, and faction specific tokens. The command panel has active slots for tactic, fleet, and strategy while able to load trade goods in a stack.

8. All card-based faction elements like unit upgrades, leaders, and the mech have rails that work with any of the supported tilt positions.

9. The included Tech Rack provides space for all 24 basic techs, 2 faction techs, and the breakthrough while allowing you to flip and read through them like a library search catalogue. This same element can be retrofitted for use with all the modular abilities found in Twilight's Fall

Map Lifter Features:

1. Fully modular and structural hexagon grid that can be assembled according to the users play size. This also includes legs with adjustable heights based on how you configure the dashboard in the file set.

2. Fully modular edge rail elements that allow for cross board visibility with distinct tracks and mounts for player tags, strategy cards, objectives, decks, agendas, galactic events, among many others

3. Card dispenser holders that act as deck displays where you can pass the entire deck as one unit or simply pluck cards directly from the holder. Additionally, there is an underslung discard pile that fits each respective deck. Lastly there is also an included name plate set so the decks can be seen from the player side and the board side

4. A scoring track that is modularized for 10- or 14-point games with 8 smaller tracks for each of the 8 possible players. It also includes a zero position so all player control markers can be set before the game starts.

5. Thunders Edge allocations for the planet itself in its unexplored state on and off the hexagon grid. Plus, adapters for the Fracture to fit on the grid without cutting the tiles.

6. An included Imperial Track for scoring the Imperial strategy card

7. Elevated elements! There is an included elevated dice tray that allows for combat rolls to be fully public and literally above the board. I have also included the off-map tile stands from the organizer, so the wormhole nexus and the Creuss/Crimson Rebellion factions are above the board and visible without blocking line of sight.

Update V1.01 - Conducted a minor tweak to dashboard part 4.2 (now 4.2.1). The flat bottom was being misidentified by slicer auto-orient. Looking into lay-on-face shows additional "faces" that don't exist and is probably being influenced by the diagonal geometry of the file above the first layer. Tweaked the design and corrected .3mf guide file to have the auto-orientation grab the actual flat bottom. (Credits to homilion for identifying this issue)

Update V1.02 - Updated the dashboard print guide to fix a labeling and duplication error for the plate containing part 8.1 to 8.3. It should now correctly state you need 2 sets for the DSL Arms. (Credits to homilion for identifying this issue)

*Bonus: I've also included a small fleet stand file and un-lifted map grid set.*

All proceeds from this release will help continue to fund a startup print farm! :)
