Raiders of the North Sea Mead and Provision Tokens Upgrades

Here are upgrades for the provisions in the base game and the mead mugs from Hall of Heroes. They're sized so 40 of each fit easily into [my 3D printable organizer](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4061749) for the game.

The wooden provisions that come with the Collectors Box are a nice improvement over the cardboard ones in the base game but I think these here look more realistic. And the mead from Hall of Heroes? I think they're supposed to represent steins but you need a bit of imagination to recognize them as such...
