Model Description
Upgrade your classic board game with this custom-designed organizer for Quoridor. Replace the loose plastic baggies with a sleek, perfectly fitted storage box that keeps all your wooden fences and 2 player pawns neatly sorted.
The box is designed to fit right inside the original game packaging, keeping components protected during transport and making game setup completely effortless.
Key Features:
- Precision Compartments: Features one large main section perfectly sized to stack the wooden fences flat, alongside two separate, dedicated square compartments to hold the player pawns securely.
- Easy-Access Finger Cutouts: The sides of the main compartment feature semi-circular cutouts, allowing you to easily pinch and remove the wooden fences during gameplay.
- Fitted Lid: Comes with a matching lid that sits flush on the box to keep everything locked in place when stored away.
- Clean Aesthetic: The minimalist block design matches the classic, abstract feel of the Quoridor board itself.
Print Settings & Slicing Recommendations: This is an incredibly straightforward, beginner-friendly print that requires no supports.
- Material: Standard PLA is perfectly fine for this, as it won't be subjected to heavy mechanical stress or high heat.
- Build Plate: To achieve the premium, textured finish on the top of the lid shown in the photos, print the lid face-down on a Textured PEI plate.
- Layer Height: 0.2mm provides a great balance of speed and clean vertical walls.
- Infill: 10% to 15% Grid or Gyroid is more than enough for structural integrity.
- Supports: None required. The entire model is designed to print flat on the bed.
- Wall Loops: 2 to 3 walls will give the box plenty of rigidity.
