For building I recommend 20% infill. Made this design after testing others that broke too easily when in gaming bag and traveling. Tried to make it easy to hold the cards and keep away from sharp corners as much as possible. The card slots are at a slight angle 5% to keep the cards from tipping forward. It's very stable and the curve helps a lot.
