Pipeline pipe length markers + new trays

This is a pipe length marker that I made to enhance my retail copy of Pipeline, after I got tired of knocking down stacks of oil cubes that represented pipes of length 10+.

Print a bunch, prime them white, and then paint the raised portions with colours matching the three oil types. It will create an effect similar to the official wood bits that came with the game.

I personally plan to print 36 of them, and colour 12 of each in each colour. This assumes that any player may have around 3 markers of a single colour, on average.

I've also added an edited version of the oil tray from the referenced organizer, that would have room to store the markers. A separate Penalty box is included, as my printer cannot fit the full oil-and-penalty tray.

The last item that I added is a slightly shortened (33mm) version of the QuadLockCarrier from the base insert, now called MiscCarrier. Two of these may be stacked to match the height of the neighbouring contract and order trays. As the new expansion contains new Refinement Cost markers, I'll be storing my old ones in one of these, and the new in the other. It'll be easier to shake and randomize the tiles in a deeper well such as this.
