Improved Klask accessories box

Never mind my poor print in orange. The Bambulab mat is a bad filament to print with. I still don't know optimum print settings for the filament. It's now my “prototype” filament.

For the extra obstacles, you need 5 x 2mm magnets.

• Added in some obstacles. It is for use with 5x2mm magnets. I do not know what is the original size magnets, but I used what I have. Probably better to re-orient the magnet to sit vertical, but that is for another upload. It add some interesting effect where the obstacles could also be repelled rather strongly, but once the flip, you have to duck and dive! Maybe print top half in another color so you know if it is attracted or repelled depending on the magnet orientation. I would love to have some feedback if this is a game option.

The balls sometimes fits too tight, check your settings and sand it out a bit.

Orient the box to print with the “fin” edge at the bottom. Break of the fin after printing. The box has a slight angle at one corner. It is there for sticking better to the bed without any further support or brim. The brim for the fin is included in the design. Do not add a brim unless you really want to!

If you decide to print the box laying flat, you will need supports under the edge.

In most slicers, you should be able to select individual components to color the letters. In Orca slicer, just use look at “By object” and change color or delete as you require. The lid is designed to lay withe the letter on the build plate. I color the letter first, then flip it over to lay flat on the letters. Delete the individual objects to have an engraved lettering. You could try and print the letters in another color on a separate plate, but I doubt it will fit in the grooves.

Print @:

• 0.2mm layer height

• 15% grid infill

• 4 outer layers

• 4 walls with 0.4mm nozzle

The lid may need some sliding in and out - again Bambulab mat is terrible at keeping shape, so mine was too tight to start with. If your lid is too loose, scale it up a bit.
