✓ Fits sleeved cards

Remix of Fabmaszter's removable inserts. I basically copied the dimensions of his insert.

There are dedicated slots for sleeved cards (I use Mayday standards - I very much doubt premium thickness sleeves will fit). I also created a dedicated tray for the solo mode.

I didn't bother with the small tray, as I just put the game pieces in the small cards slot of the vacuum formed insert.
