Update 1/24/21
I have finished most of the main pieces, including all the main box inserts. I've also included my "premium tokens" files since they are part of the set I use. The coins are an MMU remix based off of these: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3122339
I am now working on the organizers for the other cardboard pieces and any other play-assists (which I will keep in the Potions and Charms expansion box). Among them is a player-board-back which will have tiny magnets so the heart token can snap into place - something I have wanted for my game for ages!
This insert system is a reworking of my previous system ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3971789 ), meant to accommodate the Potions and Charms expansion as well.
Improvements made:
•
Taller/narrower labels - to make them more readable and make it easier to grab sections of cards without grabbing the label too
•
Smoothed edges on inserts - to prevent damage to the box sides
•
Magnetized, multi-material lids for all inserts - to protect cards and more easily see which cards are stored there
•
Potion progress tokens - I use these to mark when someone meets a potion ingredient requirement during their turn so that at the end of their turn they can see which ingredients they can get
Unfortunately, due to the extra cardboard pieces included with the new expansion (potions board, extra player board, etc), this system will no longer be able to fit everything into one box. However, I am planning to fit all cards/tokens into the main box and use the Potions box for storing just the cardboard pieces, which I will then also create inserts for.
I will be uploading files as I get them done, so keep checking back!

Notes:
I printed card inserts with a .40nozzle at .20mm layer height with as little infill as I could get away with, anywhere from 5%-15% depending on the insert.
Card lids I printed with a .40nozzle at .20mm layer height on my MMU.
The labels I printed with a .25nozzle at .15mm layer height, with a split at the .50mm layer for a color change - this separates the text out and makes it easier to read.
The tokens I printed with a .25 nozzle on my MMU. The coins were .10mm layer height, the lightning bolts and potion progress tokens were .20mm layer height.
Like my other system, I plan to use these magnets in the inserts/lids: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XRQ44VC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1&tag=tv-business-20
