Hinges for (plywood) DM screen

I was building my own DM screen and had regular hinges glued into it, but they just didn't last.
So I desigend these hinges and corner brackets to replace them.

You'll need to print 2 of them as they come and 2 others mirrored.
You will find that one of the sides is slightly (1.5mm) longer than the other, this is to accomodate some space for the corner decorations when the screen is folded up. (As my side panels are exactly ½ of the center panel)
The longer part of the hinge goes onto the center plate of the screen.

Printing instructions:
Print all parts upgright, standing on a closed edge, without any support.
Once printed, carefully break the hinges in so they move freely. I used a small screwdriver to go into the gap between the hinge's wings and carefully twisted it, repeating this across the length of the gap.
