Description

This is a 3D printable insert for the board game D-Day: Playa de Omaha (D-Day: Omaha Beach) , published in Spanish by Devir .

Most inserts I found for this game were designed for the Decision Games box version, which has different dimensions and does not fit properly inside the Spanish edition . This insert was specifically designed for making storage and organization much easier.

The insert allows the game to be stored either horizontally or vertically , and it is designed to fill the box completely , keeping all components securely in place.

Features

• Designed specifically for the D-Day: Playa de Omaha published by Devir

• Supports vertical or horizontal storage without components moving

• Nice fit designed to eliminate internal gaps but with good clearance

• Sliding lid for easy access in the main box

• Dedicated card holders with optional magnets

• Compatible with premium sleeves

• Colored Lid (print face down)

• No unused space inside the box (see photos)

• Counters align neatly when stored correctly (see instructions)

Colors:

White

Black

Dark Green (Army Green)

Green

Grey

Magnets (Optional):

The card holders can be magnetized for extra stability. They support:

• 6×3 mm

• 2 magnets of 6×2 mm on each hole

About the print profile:

• Tested for PLA on P1S 0.4 nozzle and 0.2mm layer height.

• Prepared for optional multi color print with AMS. All pictures on the trays are modeled, not painted. They are exactly 0.8mm (4 layers) deep. So if you are performing single color printing, you can turn them into negatives in the slicer to get an embossed effect.

• Some trays need support. Settings for support is prepared for each individual part.

Instructions: (Please check the token organization file)

1- Start by Filling the Main Box

2- Use this photo as a reference to store the tokens correctly.

3- Close the box with the Sliding Lid, insert both card holders and the box divider.

4- Place on top of the box and card holders the mounted map, reference sheets and manual

5- Close the box and store it, There should be no lid lift.

Big thanks to Dave Snider for creating CounterSlayer ( https://counterslayer.com/ ). This amazing tool was extremely helpful when designing the insert for the Spanish version. And allowing me to share the design on Makerworld.
