Magnetic Travel Hive Board Game

WIP: Will add picture/video guides.

The goal for this was to make it fit into the shirt pocket and make it playable on slightly uneven surfaces (like a beach towel) and on vertical magnetic surfaces (like a whiteboard, fridge or even cruise ship cabin wall). As an added benefit, a single tile can hold a business card on a fridge. (: As a result, the whole one-player one-color set can be printed on a print bed as small as 120x120mm, which matches the smallest Voron printer, v0.

Make sure your slicer and printer are set up for tight tolerances between the tiles and you can print them without them sticking together. That's important, because it also makes them fit into the case and gives enough clearance for the magnets. Tile should be close to 18.5mm from side to side and a bit under 21mm corner to corner.

This requires 164-172 3x1 (3mm diameter, 1mm thickness) magnets per two full sets of tiles and cases or 140-148 of these magnets per two base sets of tiles and cases: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09D2RS712

Insert the magnets into the slots around the tile switching polarity in the slots that are next to each other. Also, in the box, use the same polarity for all (2 or 4) magnets on one end of the box, and opposite polarity on the other end. This way the box magnets will help keep the tiles in place in one of the two possible orientations, and keep two boxes together at the same time. Feel free to use 4 or 8 magnets per box, depending on how strong you want them to keep things together.
