Arcs board game resource tokens

Resource tokens for the board game Arcs, from Leder games. These tokens are the same width as the standard tokens, and just a tiny bit thicker (2.5mm).

There is a space inside the model to insert a washer, to add weight. To do this, pause the print before the top layers “close up” the inside cavity, add the washer, and then resume the print. Because the cavity space and the washer aren't absolutely perfect, and I didn't want a rattle, I put a tiny drop of super glue on the washer before I put it into the print. That way, the washer will not jostle around.

I printed at 0.8mm, High Quality, with a 0.2mm nozzle.

I made these tokens to specifically take fender washers, sized 22.55mm wide and 1.4MM thick. I found these at my local hardware store. I went with fender washers because they were thinner than standard washers.

I printed with a 0.2mm nozzle w/ PLA. If you are printing with a 0.4mm nozzle, be sure to check that you set a layer height that enables the inset design to get printed. The inset design is 0.24mm thick, so a smaller layer height will ensure the inset design will get printed.
