Hexagon Dice Vault

This hex-shaped vault carries one full polyhedral set and up to five bonus dice.
Flip the lid and you get a tidy rolling tray that fits right at the table.
Six 8 × 3 mm magnets click the halves together and stop spills in your bag.

Prefer to travel light?

Grab the small vault.
It drops the extra space yet shields up to ten dice in one layer.
Carry only the essentials, roll in the lid and keep space free for other essentials.

Printer setup

• Layer height: 0.2 mm

• Walls: 3 perimeters

• Infill: 20 % cubic for best support of surfaces

• Material: your choice, although PLA should be more than enough

Orientation

• Place each part flat on the bed.

• Keep the engraved face down for clean lines.

Magnets

• Size: 8 mm × 3 mm

• Glue after the print using small amount of hotglue or superglue

• Check polarity before you seat the last one.

Post-processing

• Cut 4-5 mm craft foam for the bottom.

• Add a 1 mm felt disc in the lid for quieter rolls.

• Super-glue or spray-adhesive both layers.
