Thank you all so much for your suggestions, which have given me ideas for gradual improvement. Now I am basically the most perfect version, and I strongly recommend printing the latest V3 version. Thank you all!!
To be continued:
• Inherited the secure latch of the V2 version
• Maintains the same ultra-compact size as the V2 version: 80.2x56.7x17.5mm
• Still uses consumable wire as the hinge shaft, making installation easy and durable.
Newly added:
• Clear diameter label: Both the cover and accessories clearly indicate the magnet's diameter and dimensions. (This is the biggest improvement; designing and experimenting labels took me the most time and energy.)

Rearranging all hole positions is more reasonable and still compatible with all commonly used magnet sizes. There are two models in total (please look closely at the photos and choose the one you want, or you want both):
V3-1 (1st and 2nd discs) evenly covers all commonly used sizes from 3 to 15mm.
V3-2 (3rd and 4th discs) provides the most commonly used 5, 6, and 8mm slots while accommodating other sizes.

Practical accessories:
1. Perforated board brackets, suitable for all versions of V1, V2, V3, and 40mm hole spacing and 5mm thickness, such as IKEA's SKADIS.
2. Pick: Can be placed at the bottom of the slot for easy access to the magnet. Actually, you don't need to use this pick; just use tweezers and pens nearby to help and easily pull out the magnet.
3. Stop: Magnets attract and repel each other. Snapping the stopper at the slot opening can effectively prevent magnet jumping.
The baffle must be printed with TPU; elastic TPU can fit the opening tightly. If you feel it's not tightly fastened enough, please enlarge the model by 1-2% in Bambu Studio.
Try inserting magnets in different directions, or rotate them appropriately; these are the best ways to prevent magnet jumping, so be patient.
Important reminder: Since the V3 version has very small label fonts, to ensure clear printing,
1. Please be sure to print using the provided print profile. The skirt and the prime tower in the print file are very necessary and should not be removed. Additionally, the printing order of the two colored filament threads is also important and should not be changed.
2. Make sure the printing tray is thoroughly cleaned, scrub thoroughly with dish soap and a stiff brush, and apply glue if necessary.
3. Choose consumables of the same type, for example, all PLA Basic

延续:
• 继承V2版的牢固锁扣
• 保持和V2版一样的超级紧凑的尺寸,80.2x56.7x17.5mm
• 仍然是用耗材丝作为铰链的转轴,安装方便也很耐用。
新增:
• 清晰的 直径标签 ,盖子和配件上都有清晰的标签标明磁铁的直径尺寸。(这是最大的改进,标签的设计和试验花了我最多的精力和时间)

重新安排所有孔位,更加合理,仍然兼容所有常用磁铁尺寸。一共有两个型号(请仔细看照片,选择你想要的,或者你都想要):
V3-1 ,(第1、2盘)均衡涵盖3-15mm所有常用尺寸。
V3-2 ,(第3、4盘)为最常用的5、6、8mm提供最多的孔位,同时兼顾其他尺寸。

配套实用配件:
1、洞洞板支架 ,适合V1、V2、V3所有版本,适合孔距40mm,板厚5mm的洞洞板,比如宜家的SKADIS。
2、拨片(Pick) ,可以放置在槽位底部,便于拿出磁铁。其实也可以不用这个拨片,用手边的镊子和笔帮忙,也很容易拨出磁铁。
3、挡板(Stop) ,磁铁之间会相互吸引和排斥,把挡板卡在槽位口部,可以有效防止磁铁的跳动。
挡板一定要用TPU打印,有弹性的TPU才能塞紧口部,如果你觉得卡得不够紧,请在Bambu Studio中将模型放大1-2%。
尝试不同的方向插入磁铁,或者适当旋转磁铁,是最好的防止磁铁跳动的办法,要一点耐心。
重要提醒,由于V3版的标签字体很小,为了清晰的打印出来,
1、请一定用提供的打印配置文件打印,打印文件中的skirt和擦拭塔(prime tower)都非常必要,不要移除。另外,两种颜色耗材丝的打印顺序也很重要,不要改变。
2、要确保打印盘彻底清洗干净,用洗洁精和硬毛刷彻底刷干净,必要时涂抹胶水。

提醒:
V1版本, 卡扣可能会有点紧,请根据你的需要用小锉刀打磨一下,否则可能无法完全扣上盖子的卡扣。
V2版本, 由于各种耗材有误差,在安装转轴的时候可能仍然有点紧,请一边旋转一边插入耗材丝,或者用1.8mm的钻头,电线的金属芯,牙签等工具钻一下就比较好安装了。
