✨ Tip: To improve light diffusion, I recommend adding a piece of aluminum tape to the bottom of the box. The result is more homogeneous and bright!
🛠️ Tips for a perfect grip in 3D printing:
Clean your tray thoroughly before each print. Grease residue, dust or fingerprints can impair the grip and cause peeling.
Check the calibration of the platen: a well-levelled table ensures a uniform and well-plated first layer.
Use a suitable adhesion surface: depending on your material, apply a thin layer of glue stick, an adhesive spray, or a specific tape (e.g., Kapton, BuildTak).
Adjust the temperature of the tray correctly to promote adhesion according to the material used (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.).
Reduce the print speed of the first layer: A slower speed allows for better attachment of the filament to the bed.
Provide a "skirt" or "brim" in your slicer to stabilize the first layer and limit warping.

✨ Astuce : Pour améliorer la diffusion de la lumière, je recommande d’ajouter un morceau de ruban adhésif en aluminium au fond de la boîte. Le rendu est plus homogène et lumineux !
🛠️ Conseils pour une accroche parfaite en impression 3D :
Nettoyez soigneusement votre plateau avant chaque impression. Résidus de graisse, poussière ou traces de doigts peuvent nuire à l’adhérence et provoquer des décollements.
Vérifiez la calibration du plateau : un plateau bien nivelé garantit une première couche uniforme et bien plaquée.
Utilisez une surface d’adhérence adaptée : selon votre matériel, appliquez une fine couche de colle en bâton, un spray adhésif, ou un ruban spécifique (ex. : Kapton, BuildTak).
Réglez correctement la température du plateau pour favoriser l’adhérence selon le matériau utilisé (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.).
Réduisez la vitesse d’impression de la première couche : une vitesse plus lente permet une meilleure fixation du filament sur le plateau.
Prévoyez un « skirt » ou un « brim » dans votre trancheur pour stabiliser la première couche et limiter le warping.
