Personally I printed them at draft settings because let's face it, it doesn't have to be beautiful to work. But with surface ironing etc they sure could be pretty.

For blanks, see the original model. If you want a figurine head on the plates, print plates on the resin printer, clips on the fdm one, and glue with cyanoacrylate gel glue. I strongly recommend this kind of glue anyway, because it holds well even with heavy stringing in the clip cutout.
