The original design for the retail version of this Brass Lancashire insert was mostly really sweet. I especially like the sliding/snap-in lids for the boxes. Unfortunately, it looks like there are some differences between the files uploaded and the SCAD image displayed in the original, as well as some things that are just plain missing or incorrect. I aim to fix all that here.

• Added another spacer to fill an empty spot. Even once you got the boxes to nest, there was still a gap. If you look closely on the original's SCAD image, you can see it. I made a spacer to fill that gap. Insert as in my pictures here; this version (opt a) can really go on either side of the card box but I prefer it against the edge of the box. I also added an option b of this spacer that additionally minimizes lateral motion of the player boards by filling in some more empty space. This version (opt b) may only be placed against the edge of the game box.

• An adjusted version of original spacer to use somewhat less filament and adjust logo. With my print settings, original used about 45g, and this version uses about 28g. Also added a 3mf of this so you can print with smooth text on it - sorry, Bambu only. This one is more like the box logo text.

• Adjusted the player box so the tiles sit lower in all slots. The tiles needed to sit lower because they were all super tight to the top, and I noticed immediate wear marks starting to form from the sliding lid dragging across the top of the tiles. Made the hex spot a bit tighter so the piece fit better.

• I also added more space for the train/boat tiles to fit all of them. The original left one tile sitting on top, and there wasn't really room for the lid to slide over it.

• Adjusted the distant market holder so the tiles sit lower, more of the walls are filled in, and the base is square so it fits in with the other boxes; it can also fit in either orientation. The card box in the original SCAD file shows an adjustment to fit the original distant market holder, but that isn't present in the card box that was uploaded (I couldn't find it in the files). In any case, here is a distant market holder that fits, with the unmodified card box.

Print according to instructions from original; replace the retail player boxes and the distant market tile holder from the original, and add spacer 2. Confirm which version of the card box you have before using this distant market holder.

If somehow all the original stuff worked for you, all you really might need is the spacer_2 file here to fill in that last gap.
