Pandemic Boardgame Insert All Expansions in one - English

This is a remix of the awesome Pandemic Boardgame Insert All Expansions in one by pccito.

I added English text onto the Card inserts in Prusaslicer and saved the 3mf files. Not sure if it works with other slicers besides Prusaslicer.

I also kept all of the boards in another expansion box since I didn't want the lid lift.
