Insert for Hostage Negotiator (All in/Career)

I always wanted a better insert for the (all-in, plus a few extra bits!) of Hostage Negotiator as, after I sleeved the cards, it was really difficult to fit everything in.

This isn't perfect: The tray lid fits just a bit too snuggly, and I wish I had added a “U” to the dice pull, but otherwise it does the job well!

No supports needed, two plates.
