CodeBreaker board game (Azul inspired, no MMU needed)
Please support Muldjord by Liking/Boosting their Print on Printables.
NOTE!! No MMU or multitool printer is required to print this game!
Are you a l33t h4x0r? Do you have what it takes to figure out the cypher patterns to access the servers and outwit your peers? Will you use your powers for good…?
Whatever your motives make sure you get to the finish line first by securing the most hacker points to win.
Inspired by the immensely popular board game Azul this game takes a slightly different approach to the overall idea of the game. But the gameplay is the same (same rules, do note that the point counter in this version starts at 1 so leave the point markers off the board until you earn your first hacker point) .
Printing instructions:
• Print at 0.20 layer height (Important!!!)
• PLA recommended
• 5 colors needed (black, white, red, green, blue, yellow)
• Print from provided gcode files or slice from provided 3MF files through PrusaSlicer
• The first filament change is always corresponding to the first color in the color change order txt files (read more further down)
You'll need:
• 4 x game board prints
• 9 x server disk prints
• 5 x cypher brick prints at different colors
• 1 x bolt brick print
• 1 x pointer markers print
In-layer color change (no MMU required)
Printing the CodeBreaker board and other pieces requires 2 - 5 different colors (from the selection of black, white, red, green, blue, yellow) depending on what piece you are printing. Included in the download are txt files telling you the order of filament changes you need to make manually throughout printing each different piece of the game.
For convenience here are the color change orders and other useful information:
Note that immediately after print begin a filament change will occur. At this point you should change to the color designated in point 1 of each print-color-order seen below.
