Upgrade your Codenames game night with this custom-designed, all-in-one storage and travel solution. This isn't just a box; it's a dynamic accessory designed to make your game compact, mobile, and faster to set up. The main profile uses 6mm magnets. I have uploaded the artwork for the box (to be printed with 0.2mm nozzle) and 5mm magnet profile in the 3D files section. Makerworld is not letting me update more profiles for some reason.

I designed this box to fit standard Codenames cards (unsleeved) and key maps, wrapping them in a functional box that actually helps you play the game.

I was aiming for a snappy, premium feel, and I am incredibly happy with how the final assembly turned out. The entire build is packed with play features that streamline the game:

Dossier Side Panels: The Red Team (lipstick) and Blue Team (top hat) side panels hinge down, opening up into perfect little "dossier" trays for the agent cards. When game night is over, they fold up and click shut with a satisfying magnetic click.

Sliding Clue Blind: The entire front tray slides forward. Once extended, it reveals a stand for the code map (the little key card). This front panel now acts as a built-in blind for the Clue Givers, keeping the map visible only to them and perfectly hidden from the Guessers across the table. It completely speeds up setup and game flow.

Feel: I spent a ton of time on magnet placement and tolerances. There are 6x2mm magnets embedded in the lid, the folding sides, and the sliding tray to give it that responsive feedback. Every interactive element clicks into place.

This is a multi-nozzle print to get the detail right. The integrated artwork (text and graphics) is very fine. To get the clarity shown in the photos, I printed the artwork panels (Top Lid, Team Art accents) with a 0.2mm nozzle at 0.1mm layer height. I printed the lid and tray using matte rainbow filament to get the same colors as the codenames original box art.

Assembly: The Tray Lock has gap to fit in through the clearance space in the main box.

Once in, the tray slides in and with a spot of glue can be attached to the tray locks.
