Storage box for Harbor Freight Right Angle Screwdriver, Bits, Magnetic Nutsetters and Driver Extension

This is a modification to the original terrific box design, optimized to store specific small tool sets from Harbor Freight (see list).

I added slots in the storage box to receive the rubber bit holders from the Driver Guide Kit (see the picture) and the small 6 bit holder that comes with the right angle screwdriver. If you have other bits that you'd like to store in this case, you can print the file “10 slot bit holder.stl” which will fit into this case in the same slots, and, like the bits in the warrior case, will even rotate slightly to make removing bits easier. You can also print the “6 slot bitholder…” which mimics the bithold included with the right angle screwdriver and fits into this case. These should be printed from 95A TPU. I printed this part from blue Sainsmart TPU on a Bambu X1C, using the Overture TPU profile in AdamL's optimized TPU profiles on Printables . I chose to print these from TPU, which will grip the bits well and maintain its grip over many uses.
The rubber holders that came with my nutsetter kits no longer tightly grip the nutsetters, so I added storage slots for each nutsetter (18 in all) to the box. The storage slots are labeled, a plus for me, since its very difficult to read the sizes on the nutsetters.
Once everything is in place, all of the bits should remain in their slots no matter how the case is oriented.
This box requires 6 M3x30mm screws . The screws thread directly into the hinge mounts printed as part of the box. (I used the right angle screw driver, a driver guide and one of the bits from the sets mentioned here to do that.) I used hex socket screws from Amazon. You'll need to print the bottom, top, and two of the latches.
I printed this using a Bambu X1C with AMS. The attached 3MF files include color information to match the pictures, assuming you have a X1C with AMS. The pictured boxes were printed from PETG, from Overture, Prusa, AnyCubic and CC3D.
I printed high strength settings, 0.4mm nozzle, 6 walls/perimeters, 25% infill . No supports should be required, though there are a lot of 45 degree slopes, and you probably will get a warning.
My total print time for all pieces was just under 13 hours on a Bambu Labs X1C.
