Gloomhaven/Frosthaven - 25mm magnetic bases/storage trays

A couple years ago when I started playing Gloomhaven with a group of friends I needed a solid way to store all the 3D printed miniatures. Even though there were many different systems for bases/standees and miniatures around, I decided to create something myself.

As we've recently purchased Frosthaven and are gearing up to start playing it, I printed even more and thought I'd share them with the world.

It's a system using simple square trays and bases using magnets to make it easy to store, and attach standee markers to the bases.

The 25 mm bases have numbers on them, ranging from 1 to 10 and an unnumbered one for bosses. The bases have a slot underneath for small 10x1 mm magnets. The legends on the sides are very small and therefor I printed them in resin, you can always print the unnumbered base in FDM and paint the number on.

Each tray holds 24 miniatures and each slot on the tray has a space for either 10x1 mm magnets, or 10x1 mm metal discs (metal discs are a heck of a lot cheaper than magnets). The trays are stackable allowing you to easily store and transport all your minis. To house all the miniatures for Gloomhaven 7 trays are needed and for Frosthaven you need another 6 trays.

The standees have the same slot and in Gloomhaven these are used to signify regular (white) or elite (gold) enemies (and in Frosthaven also summons [blue] and bosses [red]).
