Hallertau insert

Complete insert for Hallertau.

I used some parts from other designs and made some of my own.

For the resources, I printed [wylaryzel's](https://www.thingiverse.com/wylaryzel/designs) [excellent simple design for resources trays](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4763725) and added lids for them of my own.

I've also printed these [great resource dividers](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5330943) from [sismo51](https://www.thingiverse.com/sismo51/designs) and added a holder of my own to keep them together.

I'm also using the [very practical player's trays](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4763725) also from [wylaryzel](https://www.thingiverse.com/wylaryzel/designs).

Lastly, I've designed deck holders for each of the 10 decks using sleeved cards. There are versions in Portuguese, English, Italian and German available in the files. I'd be happy to make other languages available if anyone shows interest.

It all fits nicely in the box without stuffing anything or lifting the lid.
