Kanban: Automotive Revolution Insert for sleeved cards and small print bed

I used [mkktbkkt81's](https://www.thingiverse.com/mkktbkkt81/designs) [insert](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3852762), which is a great design, but I felt needed a few tweaks:
- I used [onichan's](https://www.thingiverse.com/onichan/designs) change to the part that fits cards so it would fit sleeved cards
- I've also broken up the following parts in two because they were too big for my printer, which is an Ender-2 Pro:
- "Box__Part_4"
- "Cars1"
- "Cover1"

I'm adding just the elements I've broken up here, all other parts can be found in the original posts.
I ended up not printing the "Box Part 4" because it was more of a spacer and I felt I didn't need, but the broken up model is attached here.
