I really liked the screen holders from Brickson (https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-tigris-euphrates-player-tray-98780), his design is very good.

However, I split it in half so it would fit it better in the box and so I could print it (my printer, Ender 2-Pro, has a small bed). Because I changed the original file, I added my version here.

I made a triangular box to keep the Treasure Tokens. This box fits inside the screen holder (yellow in the pictures).

The other are simple boxes, one for each point color (black, blue, red and green) and a larger one to hold each player's pieces and starting tiles (gray). When printing these lids I recommend scaling it to 100.5% to make it slightly bigger and give it a little tolerance.

I removed the top and bottom layers to get the "lattice" pattern from these simple boxes.
