Boonlake Insert/Organizer

Lepmah created a very well organized insert for Boonlake. Unfortunately, it didn't fit sleeved cards and I was looking for something a bit more simple, so I took his design and tweaked as necessary to make room for the expanded card tray and to reduce the print time/plastic used.

Whether you like the simplicity or not, that's up to you. I find that all things being equal, it looks to take a little over 60% of the time to print and uses a little less than 70% of the plastic. (If you were to print it exactly as I have with open infill at the bottom, those numbers change to about 35% of the print time and approximately 50% of the plastic -- but that's based on some personal tastes.)

Some trays were lengthened, some were shortened. I actually made the player trays completely square so the orientation in the box doesn't matter. If you're OK with the cardboard payer pieces mixing with your wooden player pieces, you don't even need to print the little token box inset (PlayerB_X4). I obviously went the dump route there as opposed to a place for every thing and every thing in its place.

The card tray fits all the cards comfortably if sleeved with Mayday Standard sleeves. You MIGHT be able to get them to fit premium sleeves with a little pressure, I'm not certain.

I used the X# method at the end of the file names to indicate number of copies of each file to print.

EDIT 3/29/24 -- Finally got the expansion sleeved. This technically fits the expansion, but it's kind of a size 40 body in a size 38 suit -- it just doesn't do it well. The sleeved cards are just a BIT too much to fit comfortably in the card holders, not to mention where I'm storing a few other bits. Ultimately, I had about .25-.5 inch lid lift as well do to some of the extra boards and whatnot.
