✓ Fits sleeved cards
This is an insert for Pandemic Hot Zone: North America. It replaces the insert that comes with the game, and it will not require any baggies. Everything just stays put and is held in place by the game board. It does not, as far as I know, work with sleeved cards. If you're desperate for that, reach out, and I might do it for you for a few bucks or for free if I'm looking for a project.
