P´IKAUP Card Lifter

When I saw the advertisement for the Card Lifter on social media, I knew immediately: I need it!
But the models that were available online seemed either impractical or too clunky.
That's why I decided to develop my own design – closer to the original, functional and compact at the same time.
🔧 Required additional parts
• Suction cups – available e.g. here at Amazon
• Spring – ideally in the size 0.45 × 5 × 15 mm here at Amazon
🎨 Print Profiles
• Suitable for PLA and PETG
• Variants: Single color or body with color change effect
This model combines practicality with a sleek design and brings back the fun of tinkering and experimenting.
Assembly:
• A hole of about 2.5mm in size must be drilled into the suction cup (be sure to drill, otherwise the hole is not big enough or will close again)
• Then insert the suction cup into the holder
• Insert the spring into the groove on the top of the body
• Insert the inner body into the body with the suction cup
• Screw the lid on at the top as far as it will go (not too tight!)
• Have fun :)

Als ich die Werbung für den Card Lifter auf Social Media gesehen habe, wusste ich sofort: den brauche ich!
Doch die Modelle, die online verfügbar waren, wirkten entweder unpraktisch oder zu klobig.
Deshalb habe ich mich entschieden, ein eigenes Design zu entwickeln – näher am Original, funktional und zugleich kompakt.
🔧 Benötigte Zusatzteile
• Saugnäpfe – erhältlich z. B. hier bei Amazon
• Feder – idealerweise in der Größe 0,45 × 5 × 15 mm hier bei Amazon
🎨 Druckprofile
• Geeignet für PLA und PETG
• Varianten: Single Color oder Body mit Colorchange-Effekt
Dieses Modell verbindet Praktikabilität mit einem schlanken Design und bringt den Spaß am Basteln und Ausprobieren zurück.
Zusammenbau:
• in den Saugnapft muss ein ca 2,5mm großes Loch gebohrt werden (unbedingt Bohren, sonst ist das Loch nicht groß genug oder verschließt sich wieder)
• den Saugnapf dann in den Halter Stecken
• oben in die Nut am Body die Feder einsetzen
• den Innenkörper mit dem Saugnapf in den Body einschieben
• den Deckel oben bis zum Anschlag aufschrauben (nicht zu fest!)
• Spaß haben :)

This is something I've always wanted to get but the shipping is crazy at the moment. Then this Pikaup Card thing popped up on Makerworld and it is brilliant. I just had the chance to print one and it works like a charm.
