Planet assault Forces can not retreat.

1) High Orbit is on the top of the Game Board and they are capable of launching Planet Assaults.
2) Low Orbit is on the bottom of the game board and they are capable of launching Planet Assaults or landing in a Sector/Region on the planet next turn.
3) Deep Space is on a paper plate.
