Modeled a Toy Hammer for my son's Thor costume. Contains blank space on each side so you can put a name or other design.

To save on weight, I recommend using a slicer like PrusaSlicer or Simplify3D that can do adaptive infill and layer heights, or to use a whole lot of top layers to cover up a low infill.
This does work in TPU if you have a good enough printer to print with minimal supports.
