I have the rectangle first edition Dice Town Board Game and didn't find an insert that works. The second edition is a square box and this is not designed for the second edition however, it likely would work without the spacers. This design accommodates sleeved cards with no lid lift, and has storage for the Dice Town Cow Boy Expansion. Also included is a Sheriff badge if you don't want to use the card.
