Under Falling Skies: Robot Counter

This is a robot counter for the board game Under Falling Skies. I wanted representative and functional game pieces to replace the simple six-sided blue dice that come with the game. The robot is a remix of the die-holding robot by wuerfel. (The remix search engine was not working when I posted this: 3373217.)

Notes:

The dial was printed with two filament swaps to make the numbers stand out in white. The top part with the robot was printed with five filament swaps. The top and bottom parts were superglued together, leaving the dial in the middle free to rotate.

How I Designed This

The non-robot parts (base top, base bottom, dial) were designed in Fusion 360 and exported as .STL files using MeshMixer. The robot was remixed in MeshMixer, and then combined with the top part of the base in MeshMixer.
