Weather Machine: Research Token Storage Drawers

These are storage trays for Award tokens, Citation tokens, and Research tokens found in the board game Weather Machine. While the box comes with a nice storage insert, the loose tokens themselves can be hard to get out of the insert. These trays hold the tokens together, and also fit in the game box insert tray. As a result the tolerances are tight, and the side walls of the storage trays are fairly thin - only 1 mm. There is variation in thicknesses of the tokens in my version of the game - Citation and Government Research tokens are thinner, and the Award tokens are thickest. Thus each tray was customized for each set of tokens, and the internal tray lengths are specified in the filenames. Some of the trays make a very snug fit in the game box insert tray, but they all do fit.

These storage trays are imagined as drawers from Professor Lativ's filing cabinet. The Citation token and Award token drawers can be placed beside the game board to hold those tokens in tidy fashion during play.
