Notes:

• No supports needed when printing

• Uses (18pcs) 10mm x 2mm magnets
• Canada Amazon - https://www.amazon.ca/Magnets-Crafts-Multi-Use-Refrigerator-Whiteboards/dp/B0CQR8P3ND/

• USA Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/Magnets-Refrigerator-Neodymium-Whiteboard-Kitchen/dp/B0CCX29DGC/

• Folds in half and secured with magnets to save space

• Approximate playing dimensions: 34cm x 9cm x 2.5cm

• Approximate folded dimensions: 17cm x 9cm x 5cm

Printing:

• I printed with 0.4noz, 0.2layerh, 10% gyroid infill, and PLA

• Color change at the last layer for the border and numbers on the colored pieces and bodies for the crown and finish outline

• Optional: I also color changed at 18mm and 20mm on the bodies for a white color under the colored pieces

• The pegs are highly recommended to print as a set of 3 (to cool layers in between pegs) with a brim as they may fail without it. I printed the pegs with max perimeter walls at 0.1layerh

• The body 1, 2, and tray are printed with a brim and are susceptible to lifting (edges are filleted) based on design nature (clean the bed, make sure the object in the slicer isn't placed on a spot that the bedsheet has a bump or deformity)

• The colored pieces don't need a brim even though they will warp and lift off during print because majority of it will be hidden after assembly anyway (and post processing the brim would be terrible)

Assembly:

• I used superglue to glue down the magnets after printing

• Optional: Some of the colored pieces with 5 holes are 30.00mm and the pieces that are 29.95mm are to be glued at the edge to compensate for tolerance (but it isn't crucial when assembling if you mix them anyway, unless you're really OCD about it, you could measure them before assembling)

Additional Note:

• The ridge on the bottom of body 2 is to compensate for the top layers expansion after printing and when the colored pieces could stick out to balance when the magnets hold the bodies together

Photo uploads are encouraged! It would be nice to see the variety of colors.
