This is just like the overlay from @The-Mechanic, but designed for the player sheets in the board game Unstoppable. Follow the original instructions to assemble the overlay.

Unfortunately, I was unable to create any kind of delineator between the spaces of the health/shield tracks in overlay_top, as the gaps are much too small. At least, not with the 0.6mm nozzle that I used. If you print overlay_top with a 0.25mm nozzle, you might be able to add a thin divider, but it would be very fragile.
