🛠️ Printing & Assembly (Read Before Starting!)

These are large, bed-filling parts that can be hard to print. To ensure success:

• Turn OFF your AUX Fan: High-speed cooling will cause these large parts to warp and lift close to the AUX fan.

• Clean the Plate: Use dish soap and warm water for maximum adhesion.

• Make sure the first few layers come out fine before leaving the printer.

• Precision Dovetails: The tolerances for the connecting "dovetail" joints are very tight to ensure the case stays together with no glue needed. You will need to use some force to slide them together.
• Technique: Place the pieces on a flat, hard floor to join them. Once you have started joining the dovetails and you meet heavy resistance, apply pressure to one joint at a time, alternating between them a few millimeters at a time until they are flush. Avoid pushing on the thinner underside of the base to prevent punching a hole or cracking the floor of the case.

1.1: Added slots for 6 missing tiles. Reduced width of side-clamps to not collide with outer trays. Increased height of center column of the lower center piece, to make assembly easier.
