Concordia Venus maximizing organizer
I wanted to maximize the available space for Concordia expansions/boards, make it easier to get started and have the option for vertical storage. I think this does it.
It has individual player boxes with their start cards acting as a cover for their resources so they can be handed out for a faster start. There are three, slightly different player boxes (labeled with a circle, triangle or square) so they can secure the player boards. The frame that secures the player boxes is also labeled with the shapes to assist in placement. I don't know if unsleeved cards will work.
The resource tray and coin tray (and city tiles tray) accept 6x2mm magnets and can be put on the table for easy access during the game.
The city/resource bonus tokens (and fish tokens) are held in place by the Praefectus Piscatus tile. If you don't have Belaerica (the fish market), you will want to print the optional cover.
All the components for Concordia Venus, Balaerica (i.e. fish market), Salsa, and the Forum cards expansions plus a couple additional boards (a total of 5 boards) will fit in the base box with about 1mm of lid lift.
It is a tight fit, so the thicknesses of most walls/floors are minimal. This is not a robust framework, but it is sufficient as long as you aren't throwing the (very heavy when loaded) box around.
I made my own deluxe resources, but the retail cardboard tokens will easily fit. As long as the diameters are the same, I believe metal (or 3D printed) coins will fit too.
I did have to alter/create a couple things so it will fit.
- The Fish Market board is about 5mm too tall to fit sideways in the box (such an annoying design choice!). I cut it down with a straightedge and a sharp hobby knife. I realize that will not be an option for many, so you may have to overlap some of the boards and either have a few more mm of lid lift, or one less map board.
- The Forum board is also too wide to fit sideways, but can't be cut without looking incomplete. I scanned and altered the images, and printed and mounted on chipboard shortened versions of the two sides. The tile spaces are the correct dimensions, but the board fits sideways. You can see it in the pictures. I will post the images in BGG at some point here.

Concordia Venus: Balearica / Italia 2019
Holds up to 5 boards with all components from base, Salsa, Balaerica, and forum expansion and can do vertical storage. Individual player boxes and resource/coin trays for the table. Note: For best fit, the fish market board must be shaved by a few mm, and you will have to print a custom forum board.
