Draftosaurus Drafting Boxes v2

This is an updated version of my Draftosaurus boxes . This version needs no supports and prints with a smooth finish.

This holds 6 dinosaur meeples with plenty of space and comes in a few different sizes of magnets, no magnets, and even one without a logo for any other purposes.

Print box and the top of the lid flat on the build plate, no supports.

If using magnets be very careful of the polarity, because they will not come back out. My recommendation is to do the following:

• Place 1 drop of superglue (gel is less messy but liquid works fine) in the hole of the lid piece.

• Then gently push the magnet into the hole using something to protect your hands from the glue.

• Let dry completely.

• Attach one magnet to the glued lid magnet to ensure proper polarity.

• Put 1 drop of glue into the hole in the box.

• Use the lid to push the free magnet into the remaining hole, then gently pull off the lid.

• Let dry completely.

You can also print and use my handy magnet tool to make sure you get the polarity right every time.
