Wheelbarrow Resource Organizer (Gartenbau)

This is a little wheelbarrow I made to replace the cardboard ones in Gartenbau. I wanted something with a lid that would keep all the pieces contained and make set up a breeze. It was a fun little challenge!

There are two different sizes. The 85mm one fits all of the pieces in one box, but is a little too tall for the box--it needs to be tilted on it's side just a hair to make the lid sit flat. The 75mm is perfect if you want to have two sets of components (half in each) for two sides of the table. The pictures show that it is too small to hold all of the resources. Both come with a divided version and an open version. You can keep the resources in separate wheelbarrows with lids to match.

I wanted to make this as easy to print as possible, I never have been very successful with supports. The wheel prints flat on its side, the lid flat on the build plate, and the wheel barrow prints upside down. I chose not to use supports and it printed just fine with a little messiness at the bottom of the wheelbarrow. You can print with supports, I wish you all the luck in the world.

The wheel prints separately, there is a little notch where it fits on the wheelbarrow. Glue on with superglue or similar adhesive. For me, a little glue is worth zero supports.

The lids have a design that can be printed between .12 and .25 mm layer height. Smaller layer height makes a smoother finish while higher gives more texture and shows off the pattern. The wheel has a small indent where it fits and can be glued on with superglue. Let dry and then get playing!
