I remixed RayGobot's tray to fit Swan Panasia sleeved cards. The human one turned out fine, but the demon one was still too narrow for the cards to fit nicely. I changed the size of the card slot to be the same as the human one. I also raised the height of the demon tray a bit more. Initially, I wanted the trays to fit in the black boxes that came with the game, but that turned out to be not too practical. Also, the big gems didn't fit the tray. Disclaimer: I haven't printed the new version of the demon one just yet, so let me know what you think.
UPDATE: 04/02/2019 - Added trays for sleeved cards measuring 66x44mm. I have not tested to make sure sleeved cards of that size will fit, but there's approx 1mm or so extra space on the length and width. Everything else should fit fine. These are token trays for Claustrophobia 1643. Using tailz13's foam-core design from Boardgamegeek, I made some modifications to the layout. They hold all the mini cards, tokens, dice and gems for each faction. Everything fits in nicely in the trays and the trays fit perfectly in the game box (replacing the two cardboard spacer boxes that came in the game). During storage, the large item rings for the Human player will need to be split into two and a few will need to be kept in one of the card spaces. This is because there isn't enough height to fit all 10 in one stack. (this is only for the design with the lid) There are two designs, one that has a lid that snaps in and another without a lid. The total height for the two are the same, but the one with the lid will have slightly shorter walls. This doesn't affect the usage in any way. If using the design without the lid, it can be stored under the stack of map tiles which will prevent the items from falling out during transport or if you keep the box on it's side in storage.
